Keep payments in the platform

Do not send money outside Jivebay or share account codes. Keep order, delivery, refund, and dispute conversations within the platform so the transaction record can be reviewed.

Use the supported delivery flow

Follow the delivery status and share pickup or drop-off codes only at the correct delivery stage. Do not arrange unsafe off-platform collection or payment requests.

Protect your account

Never share your password, one-time codes, or payment credentials. Report an account that impersonates a seller, buyer, agent, or Jivebay representative.

Scams, payment requests outside Jivebay, and fake listings.
