• Seller accounts require institutional verification (ID or school email).
• Non-student or commercial misuse of accounts may result in suspension.

Jivebay operates a controlled transaction system to protect both Buyers and Sellers.

• No Direct Payments: Buyers do not transfer money directly to sellers.
• Platform Escrow: All payments are made to Jivebay and held securely.
• Controlled Release: Funds are released to sellers only after buyer confirmation.
• No Direct Contact: Buyers and sellers communicate only through Jivebay.
• Dispute Window: Buyers may report issues before payment release.

• Illegal drugs, substances, or alcohol.
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous items.
• Stolen or unowned property.
• Academic fraud materials.
• Adult, sexual, or exploitative services.

• Any form of fraud, impersonation, or deception results in immediate ban.
• Jivebay may withhold or reverse funds during investigations.
• We cooperate with school authorities and law enforcement where required.

Jivebay is not responsible for the quality, condition, or suitability of items listed. Responsibility for product accuracy rests solely with the seller.
